Potty Potterson from Pottersville

In case it isn't blatantly obvious, I love snapping pictures of Cael and the dogs interacting. At this point, they don't really understand each other, but it is still fun (cheap entertainment). Cael doesn't understand that he has to be gentle with the dogs and that he can't pull and yank on their tails and ears and the dogs don't understand that they can't treat Cael the same way they treat us. That he is smaller and more fragile and needs to be treated with care. Either way, the three of them seem to make it work and as Cael gets older, hopefully they will become buddies (although I consider them buddies at this point)! Cael was sitting on the floor and trying to use Potter to pull himself up onto his feet. Potter was very patient with him letting Cael use his ears and fur as leverage. At one point, Potter moved away from Cael while they were 'playing' and Cael started screaming in a way that is not at all baby-ish and is more reminiscent of a toddler throwing a temper tantrum (something to look forward to). They spent a good part of the evening hanging out and exploring Cael's toys together (meaning Cael was playing and Potter was looking for the opportunity to pick up a toy and carry it around in his mouth).

Also awesome! Your posts with the dogs make me mildly (MILDLY) jealous... it's a playmate for your kid!
